ZF group 2025 Annual Work Conference Concludes Successfully

On February 7, 2026, the 2025 Annual Work Conference of ZF group was grandly held in a warm and solemn atmosphere. All employees of the company gathered together to review the journey of forging ahead in 2025, systematically summarize annual work outcomes, build development consensus, and jointly draw a new blueprint for the company’s growth in 2026.。

Mr. Di Jiandong, Chairman of ZF group, delivered an important speech titled Seek Progress While Maintaining Stability, Improve Quality and Raise Efficiency. He led all staff to review the company’s achievements in 2025 and outline the development roadmap for 2026, and put forward the work guideline of "laying a solid foundation through stability, expanding boundaries through progress, establishing credibility through quality, and achieving long-term success through efficiency".

Mr. Xu Dianlong, Chief Strategy Officer of the company, delivered remarks on the 2025 work results and 2026 development plan. Combining the current industrial policy orientation and industry competition landscape, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing private enterprises, and charted a clear course for the company’s next phase of development.
